selects ASI solution to automate retail security and market research

Lodge Service is an international retail consultancy specialising in loss control and customer service. Lodge has helped retail customers limit losses for over eighty years and now offers a diverse range of services, including Loss Control, Store Detectives, Test Purchasing, Undercover Operations and Mystery Shopping.
Lodge has selected ASI and its Collaborator solution to automate client services, leading to rapid customer feedback and increased sophistication in reporting. Lodge will leverage Collaborator’s mobile device technology to differentiate its offerings versus competitors. For example, information will be collected by Lodge staff on clients’ retail premises via hand-held devices, such as PDAs, leading directly to cost savings and much faster production of client reports.
