Answercall has awarded ASI a contract to deliver hosted applications

Armchair Answercall has awarded a long term contract to ASI to implement and deliver, via a hosted ASP service, a suite of Front Office applications to enable the business to meet its ambitious growth objectives. Having piloted and prototyped ASI’s solutions over the early part of 2006, Armchair has committed to an extensive deployment to underpin its objective of rapid growth via franchising. ASI’s hosted applications will include a multi-level sales lead management system, a multi-level commissions system, and business reporting/analytics, as well as integration to back-office systems such as call centre CRM and financial ledgers.
