• Wolseley Plc engages ASI's TextPro service to enable mobile customer research

    ASI has won an order and delivered an innovative event-based mobile research project for Wolseley Plc, the leading provider of products to the building trade, during the InterBuild exhibition at the NEC. Utilising ASI’s TextPro Managed Service, exhibition visitors were surveyed via their mobile phones in order to collect important satisfaction statistics and demographic profiling information. ASI worked with Wolseley’s marketing and research teams to construct questionnaire content, establish a dedicated inbound short-code channel and process the results. The TextPro engine’s capability to receive, verify and analyse multiple answers via a single SMS message was instrumental in making the research practical and effective.
