Telecommunications engages ASI to conduct electronic customer satisfaction
survey

ASI has completed a major customer survey for Just-Dial, a subsidiary
of Centrica Telecommunications (OneTel). ASI’s Managed Services
division has utilised sophisticated web technology to deploy and manage
a powerfully branded and graphically rich interactive customer survey.
Just-Dial wanted to quantify the level of service that was being provided
to their existing customers, whilst understanding the products and services
their customers would be interested in purchasing in the future. ASI’s
innovative interaction and survey design resulted in a higher than expected
response rate of 25%. In-depth reports and statistical measurements
were provided to Just-Dial in pre-defined graphical formats.
